This is my notes on how to make the video, what things i need to have in it, and things i need to do. I feel i lack some theory. As well as time in the lab to work on the video (I can’t wait until things calms down a bit), but i can find videos at home, even if i can’t work them together. My problem is that i got two problems with the case both very intressting. i think i will persue both for now in hope that the better one get to crystalize and becomme clear.

Need to compose the mail to the author. Need to remember to call the one source, and try tracking down the one who closed her blog.
To illustrate my point of different ways to see the ethic i need:

What if the video is in the style of an analyzis. where the problem is presented, the problem split in two, (split screens ? where the different topic is analyzed in different part? )To long, need shorter video.

Definition of remix. This can be applied to videos. When it is a video the montage is often a clip of more than source, (exsample?)
In such a collague of different artwork, there is several messages and actors. For the pices comes with a message. The message is invested in by the author, but the reader have to interpitate the artwork and ad s/his own message to it. By doing this the reader could work futher with the artwork, making new connections. the new connections lead back to the original message. we are used to this with adbusters. but this is also important in litterature and other art. Leaving a battle between the author and the reader. #exsamples from the case. the quote of the author?

Still the reader is entitled to her own poit of view? I should have clip and quotes showing of all the different context the poem have been used. Or clip illustrating the different connections made.
This point of view is the base of remixing. But the change of contex affect the original art.

On one side:
I should have a clip of Larwense Lessing talking about remix culture. and about the need to be able to break the law to have a remix culture becouse of the way the law is today. Or perhaps cory doctorow.

On the other side i should have

Quotes and clips illustrating the authors point of view. There is an inteviw with her (radio), need to have subtitle if used.
The coying is stealing video? (is it really any good, it seem so very agressive, and people know it well, i fear bringing it in the video will digg the trenches instead of explaning a poit of view)

There shold be something about the prosess of reading, and how the reader interperitate a poem, and by that adopting it. And also something about the author expectations and ambissions to share a spesific idea. This is the nummer two problem with the conflict of the poem.

Can i have the sound and video of someone walking in a stair as a separator to illustrate that this is about that poem?

In the end i think the reinterpretation of the poem, made by ingvild would be a good end. something about that removing something from the internet can be difficult, the reader wills till have the experiance of the poem and the interpitation.
